In just five short days I will be in hopping on a plane to New York for business and I couldn’t be more excited about it! New York has long been one of my very favorite places to visit for countless reasons. The food is incredible, I get to visit my East Coast family while I’m there, Jason proposed to me in Central Park, and there is a certain energy about the city that just can’t be beat! All week-long I’ve been daydreaming about my trip…I guess you could say I’ve been in a New York State of Mind. So in honor of NYC I’m rounding up a look inspired by the city. Note: I find it ironic to be writing a lighthearted New York style post on the anniversary of 9/11. I will never forget the tragedy of that day or the impact that it made on all of us here in the US and around the world. Every time I visit Manhattan I stop by the memorial of the world trade center. I see it as a shining beacon of hope and perseverance that New York City is still one of the greatest cities in the world!
